Prunes is a rich source of fiber and its a natural laxative. i make energy bars by mixing and grinding Almonds ,prunes and dates together. Just take 1 cup of every ingredient and grind them well until it makes a ball. then make it of any shapes your kid would like. Freeze them. Best part about these bars are kids can eat it as a chocolate or on the Go while doing anything else. And if you add a little chocolate or coffee you can always make a variation in flavor. Enjoy !
