    ignore myths

various advices starts coming as soon as baby os born from friends and relatives. Its good that people around us are takinv care of us but from those advices its upon us to decide that what can be myth and what is logical. Most of the advices are usually myth. One of those myth which hinders the milk supplg is taking water in large quantities. It is said that after delivery taking more amount of water leads to bloating of the abdomen. But no its a big big MYTH. Breastmilk is made up of 80 per ent water so water intake becomes necessary that too in more amount. The more water you take the supply will be more good. So take enough water around 8 to 10 litres per day and keep yourself hydrated. Because less amount will decrease your supply.
