After a hard day's work, nothing lifts my spirits faster than a quick, delicious snack with a hot cup of tea. Presenting my favorite CAJUN SPICED CHICKEN. A very healthy dish as it requires very less oil.. Gets ready in a jiffy and the taste makes you drool!
- Chicken breast 400 gms
- Cajun seasoning 2 tbsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Lemon pepper 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- 1Mix all the ingredients and toss the chicken breasts with it nicely.
- 2Steam or Grill for 10 mins, turning sides after every 5 min.
- 3You can add veggies like broccoli, mushrooms and bell-peppers, but that's totally optional.
