Simple and easy snack recipe.
- I cup finely chopped mix vegetables ( Carrot,capsicum,cabbage)
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 cup poha ( wet)
- Pinch ajeeno moto
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and lemon juice according to taste
- Spring onions( finely chopped) for garnishing
It has All healthy veggies that kids don't like to eat.
- 1Heat the oil in a pan and add green chillies.
- 2Add all the vegetables and AJEEN MOTTO and fry for few minutes.
- 3Mix lemon juice and salt to it.
- 4Garnish with spring onions.
