The simplest baking recipe. And a delight to have with tea.
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp elachai powder
- 1 cup maida
- 1/4 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tbsp soda bi-carb
It should be eaten in winters mostly, as it has sugar and ghee that gives you energy and keeps you healthy.
- 1Mix ghee, sugar and elachai in a bowl.
- 2Now add maida and other ingredients, and mix well.
- 3Make small balls of the dough and put them on the greased baking tray.
- 4Bake them in the oven (Pre heat at 120 degree) for 15 - 20 minutes. Bake them till you get the desired colour. Some prefer them white and some little brown, so you can bake them as per your wish.
