- 2 tbsp (tablespoons) oats
- 2 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 chopped onion
- Green chillies
- Tomatoes (if you like)
- 1 In a big bowl, whisk together eggs, oats, vegetables, green chillies and salt.
- 2 Heat oil in a large pan and add the egg mixture to it. Let it cook for some time.
- 3 After it is cooked, scramble and cook some more till it is dry.
- 4 Take off the flame, garnish with coriander and serve.
