    Ragi uttapam is an instant recipe and can be provided by adding healthy veggies when you have more time at hand.

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup ragi flour
    • 1/2 cup rice flour
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp (teaspoon) jeera
    • Chillies chopped (optional)
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp coriander chopped
    • 3 tsp capsicum chopped
    • 3 tsp tomatoes chopped
    • 3 tsp onion chopped
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • Oil to grease

    Method

    • 1 Take a bowl, mix ragi flour, rice flour and add jeera and salt to it.
    • 2 Add curd, all vegetables, chillies, ginger garlic paste and coriander to it.
    • 3 Give a good mix. Then add water to make a thick consistency (uttapam consistency). give it a stay for 5 minutes.
    • 4 Heat a pan, grease it with oil, pour the batter and cook it till it is light brown, then flip it and cook another side too till it is light brown and serve it with coconut chutney.
