    A quick and healthy recipe rich in calcium, iron and fibre and uses our very own Indian cereal - ragi.

    Ingredients

    • 1 potato
    • 2 onion
    • 1 carrot
    • 10 leaves of palak
    • 1 tsp (teaspoon) rice flour
    • 3 tsp ragi flour
    • 3 tsp oats powder
    • Salt
    • 1 tsp pepper powder
    • 1 tsp chat masala
    • 1 tsp jeera powder
    • Ghee or oil

    Method

    • 1 Pressure cook all the veggies till 3 whistles on high so that they are not over cooked.
    • 2 Mash all the veggies.
    • 3 Add all the ingredients to it - rice flour, ragi flour, oats powder, salt, chat masala, jeera powder and pepper powder.
    • 4 Give it a good mix and make cutlets. 
    • 5 Take a pan and shallow fry cutlet with ghee or oil.
    • 6 Serve it with any chutney or dip of choice.
