Gulab jamun is one of the best and mind-blowing dish to kids of all ages and adults too.It is so soft that even old age people can eat easily.
- 1/4 kg khoa
- 2 tsp (teaspoon) maida
- 1/4 kg sugar
- A pinch elaichi powder
- 1/4 kg ghee/edible oil
- Pista fry
- 1 In 1/4 kg khoa, add 2 tsps maida and mix well to a dough, now make small dough balls and keep aside.
- 2 Take a pan, add 1 glass water and 1/4 kg sugar with a pinch of elaichi powder. Stir well on gas on medium flame. After 10 mins, remove from stove.
- 3 Now in a frying pan, add ghee and edible oil to fry the balls till reddish brown in colour on low flame, remove the fried balls and put into the sugar syrup.
- 4 Garnish with few pieces of pista on top. Gulabjamuns are ready to serve, it can be served hot as well as cool.
