Banana is an all time favourite fruit. The banana smoothie prepared in combination with dates and milk tastes divine and is yummy. It is packed with protein, carbohydrates and magnesium.
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp (tablespoon) seedless dates
- 2 tbsps condensed milk
- 1 glass milk
- 1/2 glass water (mainly to balance consistency)
- 1Cut banana, chop dates and put them in the blender.
- 2To this add the remaining ingredients and run the blender.
- 3Adding sugar is optional since we use condensed milk.
- 4Serve it chilled.
