The bumbling, food-loving, cuddly sweetheart is back! We are talking about Po The Panda of course! In its third avatar, Kung Fu Panda 3 not only promises a stellar voice cast featuring Angelina Jolie, Bryan Cranston and Dustin Hoffman, among others, but also the entertainment of the previous two movies multiplied many times over. So, should you take the kids to this movie about a food-loving panda, destined to become the dragon warrior? Find out what other moms and a veteran blogger have to say!

Po still cannot come to terms with all the greatness he has been destined for. He is nervous and wary, and pandas would much rather stick to delicious food, especially dumplings! Po is much like all of us, sticking to what we are confident about and being apprehensive about believing we can do much more. Children, however, have imaginations wider than the mountains – and not tinged by fear or doubt. This is why movies such as these help them apply themselves and believe in their capabilities.

Pandas have always been full of enthusiasm and affection (even cats called Panda, for that matter!). But will your kids enjoy the film, profound and philosophical that it is? We are here help you seal the decision on whether or not to book tickets. Check out 4 exclusive reviews we have brought to you in association with PK Verdicts and our very own WOM Moms. Tighten your seat-belts for the  panda-monium ahead!

Kung Fu Panda 3 – A Wisdom Capsule With Entertainment!

Here comes Kung Fu Panda in its 3rd instalment, ready to entertain you and enlighten you with some great wisdom. The series may have taken a long hiatus to comeback, but its return is bang-on with the conceptualization and story telling.  Here's giving more power to you too with its one liners (Dustin Hoffman’s Voice leaves a great impact for you to capture this), making you join the war against the monster.

The transformation of Po to a Dragon Warrior, his self-realization, the common question of the universe raised by him “Who am I?”. Jack Black leads his quirky voice yet again that connects with you instantly in Po’s Voice. Po’s Furious Five continues to mesmerize you - Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Viper (Lucy Liu), Monkey (Jackie Chan), Mantis (Seth Rogen) and Crane (David Cross) in this transformation of Po into a Dragon warrior.

“If you only do what you can do; you will never be more than you are now.
One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it”.

The fight this time is against the new baddie J.K Simmons who puts in his voice for Kai, a bullish beast who is on the go to steal the Chi of all the masters. This forms the crux of the story that dives you in the panda world; amusement is at its best along with some great thoughts that enlighten you, widening your horizon of thoughts in its sheer communication. Salvation under pressure.

Directors Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Alessandro Carloni have crafted the script well on the animated celluloid that is colorful and vibrant. A great blend of emotions, comedy that tickles you gently, action that is lyrical, drama that is realistic to relate with, 3D effects that aren’t deprived of the execution, and above all moments that give you lessons for life.

    PK Verdict: GOLD****

    Here's What WOM Moms Think

We recently connected with some of our moms to send in their reviews of Kung Fu Panda 3. Before watching a movie with children, there are a hundred things to consider. Always best to have it from people in authority, right? We mean other moms like you!

Three moms have already sent in their reviews, and judging by their excitement, Po and the Furious Five seem in full form again!

Kavitha Bagban | North Goa, India
Kung Fu Panda is a heartwarming story of the dragon warrior finding himself. It was a movie that had fun and emotional element in equal measure, though the emotional element was a tad boring for the children. But it was a complete entertainer for the adults and children. A good watch.

    Jijnasha | Navi Mumbai, India
Po is one of the most affable characters whose adventures are legendary and full of awesomeness. His innocence and craving for food with perfect comic timing gives you a roll of laughter. A treat for the grownups too to indulge in the fantasy world with a lot of adventure. Though Po is intuitive and generous at the same time, he is full of enthusiasm and philosophies. It’s a complete package stuffed with love, laughter and joy.

    Indu Purswani | Mumbai, India
Superb graphics, very well written story and amazing 3-D effect. The character for villain is also very good. You will really enjoy; go for this!

We can sense your household getting excited and Panda-ish already! This is one movie franchise that never fails to disappoint, and is the perfect balance of learning and fun for our children. An opportunity, therefore, that shouldn't be missed at all!
