WorldOfMoms.com presents the #EveryBabyBeautiful Contest, in association with Baby Dove.

WorldofMoms.com #EveryBabyBeautiful contest hereafter called 'Contest' will be governed by the following terms and conditions.

1. Participation in the contest is voluntary.
2. Participants are advised to read the 'Terms and Conditions' before participation. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the 'Terms and Conditions stated herein.
3. The contest shall commence from 1^st February 2018 and will run for the duration of 12 months. There will be 34 winners every month & winners of the contest will be declared within the 10 working days of every month for the entries of the last month.
4. A set number of participants from those entering the contest, will receive a free Baby Dove product. The number of packs available is limited, and entry into the contest does not guarantee a pack. The pack will be delivered to the address specified by the participant and no requests to change the delivery address shall be entertained once submitted. The product will be delivered to the participant within 3 months of having submitted a successful entry.
5. Employees, officers and directors of www.worldofmoms.com and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and immediate family members of such group companies employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
6. This contest is open only to residents of India.

“How to Participate”, “Winners”, & “Prizes”

1. The contest will be hosted on https://www.worldofmoms.com and followed by the below-mentioned steps-

Step 1-

• Log on to www.worldofmoms.com and click on contests, then click on #EveryBabyBeautiful
• Upload a picture of your baby and add a caption
• Enter following details-
• Name of the baby, Age, Gender
• Name of the Mom, Email_id, Contact No./Mobile No. (Verified by OTP)
• Share the contest on Facebook 

Step 2-

• Participants have to agree to the Terms and condition by ticking a checkbox and have to share their address details in the space given.
• With the consent of the Participants, their data may be shared with a third party who may contact them.
• WorldOfMoms.com is absolved from any responsibility in terms of any third party communication with Participants, once Participant data is shared.

Step 3-

• Completion of registration procedure entitles participants to be eligible for a chance to win prizes as listed on the Website.
• Winner of the Family Photoshoot - Photographs of the winner shall be published on our website i.e. WorldOfMoms.com

1. Entries must be completed in all respects for eligibility of any of the prizes in the contest.
2. WorldOfMoms.com reserves the sole right to shortlist entries and decide the Winner of the Contest and decision of WorldOfMoms.com is final and no complaints shall be entertained.
3. WorldOfMoms.com reserves the sole right to decide the place of Professional Family Photo Shoot.
4. Winner must claim the Prize & submit all documents for review in the manner communicated by WorldOfMoms.com.

10.  WorldOfMoms has right to use any picture/video from photoshoot on www.WorldOfMoms.com or online for marketing and promotion purpose.

“Rejection/ Disqualification” & “Amend Rules”

11.  WorldOfMoms.com reserves the right to disqualify any entry if:

• Participant's photo is not a baby photo.
• Participant has misrepresented the age of the baby.
• Participant does not own the submitted photo.
• The participant is using manipulative means to win the contest.
• Participants with blurred photos.
• A participant with incomplete details.
• Any other reason that WorldOfMoms sees fit as a reason to disqualify an entry at its own discretion.

12.  WorldOfMoms.com reserve the right to disqualify any participant/winner if it has reasonable reasons to believe that the participant/winner has breached any terms and conditions of the contest.

13.  WorldOfMoms.com can perform a background check on the details given by the participants and can also send direct messages to any participant to check upon the person's participation in the contest.

14.  WorldOfMoms.com reserves the right to amend terms and condition of the contest from time to time without prior notice. It is the Participants responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these terms and conditions.

15.  In case of a change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond the control of WorldOfMoms.com, WorldOfMoms shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.

16.  WorldOfMoms.com may, without advance notice, cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time.

17.  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
